In order to
avoid increasing the bond for the project JCC would like to drop the following holes from the
previously approved NOI:
• BLM023500023
• BLM029/J00029
• BLM031/J00031
• BLM033/J00033
Based on our calculations, dropping the above listed holes from the previously approved NOI
should provide adequate bond for the newly requested holes.
We hope to initiate the proposed exploration activities as soon as possible, following receipt of all
required approvals; therefore, we would appreciate your consideration and cooperation in
facilitating timely review and approval of this submittal. Once you have had opportunity to
review this submittal package, please feel free to contact me at 970-870-2751 with any questions
or comments.
Best regards,
for Juniper Coal Company
B.
