RANGE 9 WEST. N.M.P.M. <br />Section 3: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the SW1/4NW1/4 <br />Section 4: Lot 1 and the SE1/4NE1/4 <br />TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH. RANGE 9 WEST. N.M.P.M. <br />Section 33: SE1/4SE1/4 <br />Section 34: SW1/4 and the S1/2SE1/4 <br />TOGETHER WITH all appurtenances; <br />FURTHER TOGETHER WITH all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in <br />and to all sand, gravel, aggregate and soils lying or located in, on and/or <br />under the above-described interest in real property (hereafter collectively <br />referred to as "materials"), including, but not limited to, the right to mine, <br />excavate, and remove the materials from said real property; provided, <br />however, that all other mineral interests owned by Grantor, including all <br />oil, gas and other minerals in, on and/or under said real property are <br />RESERVED and shall remain vested in Grantor; and <br />FURTHER CONVEYING to Grantee, the right to drill, construct and <br />permit water well(s), and any water related thereto, for Grantee's use, <br />benefit, and ownership, including the right to install infrastructure <br />necessary to utilize such water and water well(s) to serve the said real <br />property; provided, that all other water and water rights, including all <br />ditch and reservoir rights, if any, owned by Grantor, are RESERVED and <br />shall remain owned by Grantor. <br />also known by La Plata County Assessor's schedule or parcel number: 595103100006
