two acres of pit), ripping of up to two acres of compaction of the staging area, seeding up to four acres, and weed <br />control. <br />Upon permit issuance, the permit boundaries must be visibly and durably marked (steel posts, sandstone boulders, <br />piles of tires, rock-filled barrels, etc. are suggestions) and the permit must be identified by a sign at its entrance, which <br />contains the information described in Construction Materials Rule 3.1.12. <br />If the operator concurs with these items, written response to this letter must be provided to this office. If there are still <br />outstanding questions or changes to the items listed herein, the operator must. provide this to the office, along with <br />explanation so that the plans and bond estimate may be revised. <br />The original decision date was set for September 21, 2009, but it was agreed during the meeting that some additional <br />time was necessary to address these items. A two-week extension of the decision date is approved, and the date is <br />reset for October 5. 2009.
