<br />Board of County Commissioners of the County of Cleat Creek, State of Colorado, grantors and
<br />Venture Resources, Inc, a Colorado Corporation, whose legal address is 107 Morningstar Cay,
<br />Naples, Florida 34114, of the County of Collier, grantee;
<br />WITNES SETH, that the grantor for and in consideration of the sum of $108.00, receipt and
<br />sufficiency is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these
<br />presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the grantee, its heirs and assigns forever,
<br />all of the real property together with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of
<br />Clear Creek, State of Colorado, described as follows:
<br />A tract of land located in Section 26, Township 3 South, Range 73 West of the 6th Principal
<br />Meridian, County of Clear Creek, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Line 3-2 of the Fainnount Lode, M.S. No. 195A; thence northeasterly along Line 3-2 of said
<br />Fairmount Lode to the point of intersection with Line 1-2 of the Refugee Lode, M.S. No.
<br />9597; thence southwesterly along Line 1-2 of said Refugee Lode to Corner No. 2 of said
<br />Refugee Lode said Corner No. 2 being a point on Line 3-4 of said Summit Lode; thence
<br />northwesterly along Line 3-4 of said Summit Lode to the point of intersection with Line 3-2
<br />of said Fairmount Lode, the point of beginning.
