This AGREEMENT is hereby entered into this 717 day of c 2006, between the
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CLEAR CREEK OUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO,
a body corporate and politic, hereinafter called the "COUNTY," and Venture Resources, Inc:, a Colorado
Corporation, whose address is 107 Morningstar Cay, Naples, County of Collier, Florida 34114,
hereinafter called the "OWNER".
WITNESSETH
1. The OWNER of the subject properties, certified by its notarized signature below, has made
application for combination of contiguous parcels of land as follows:
Former County Land Parcel No. 1835-34-1-00-961
A tract of land located in Sections 26 and 27, Township 3 South, Range 73 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, County of Clear Creek, State of Colorado, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of Line 1-4 of the Fairmount Lode, M.S. No. 195A with
Line 3-2 of the Fortune Lode, M.S. No. 1804; thence northeasterly along Line 3-2 of said
Fortune Lode to Corner No. 2 of said Fortune Lode; thence northeasterly along Line 2-1 of said
• Fortune Lode to the point of intersection with Line 3-4 of the Fairmount Lode M.S. No. 988;
thence southwesterly along Line 3-4 of the Fairmount Lode, M.S. No. 988 to Corner No. 4 of the
Fairmount Lode, M.S. No. 988; thence southeasterly along Line 4-1 of the Fairmount Lode, M.S.
No. 988 to the point of intersection with Line 1-2 of the Refugee Lode, M.S. No. 9597; thence
southwesterly along Line 1-2 of said Refugee Lode to the point of intersection with Line 1-4 of
the Fairmount Lode, M.S. No. 195A; thence southwesterly along Line 1-4 of the Fairmount
Lode, M.S. No. 195A to the point of intersection with Line 3-2 of the Fortune Lode, M.S. No.
1804, the point of beginning.
With;
The Fairmount Lode, M.S. No. 988, as described in the United States Patent issued to the Heirs
of John W. Thackard, dated July 28, 1880, County of Clear Creek, State of Colorado.
2. The OWNER of the subject properties, certified by its notarized signature below, find that
combination of the subject properties into a single parcel will improve, and will not injure or
reduce, the value of this land.
The COUNTY finds that the above-described combination of contiguous parcels is an action
which is exempt from the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land" pursuant to
30-28-10 1 (1 0)(c)(VIII).
