The OWNER of the subject properties, certified by its notarized signature below, has made <br />application for combination of contiguous parcels of land as follows: <br />Former County Land Parcel No. 1835-26-3-00-980 <br />A tract of land located in Section 26, Township 3 South, Range 73 West of the,6th Principal <br />Meridian, County of Clear Creek, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of Line 3-4 of the Summit Lode, M.S. No. 661 with Line 3- <br />2 of the Fairmount Lode, M.S. No. 195A; thence northeasterly along Line 3-2 of said Fairmount <br />Lode to the point of intersection with Line 1-2 of the Refugee Lode, M.S. No. 9597; thence <br />southwesterly along Line 1-2 of said Refugee Lode to Comer No. 2 of said Refugee Lode said <br />• Corner No. 2 being a point on Line 3-4 of said Summit Lode; thence northwesterly along Line 3- <br />4 of said Summit Lode to the point of intersection with Line 3-2 of said Fairmount Lode, the <br />point of beginning. <br />With; <br />The Refugee Lode, M.S. No. 9597, as described in the United States Patent recorded December <br />12, 1904 in Book 158 at Page 67, <br />Excepting and Excluding therefrom any portion thereof embraced in Surveys Nos. 195A <br />and 988, as excepted and excluded in the said United States Patent, County of Clear <br />Creek, State of Colorado. <br />2. The OWNER of the subject properties, certified by its notarized signature below, find that <br />combination of the subject properties into a single parcel will improve, and will not injure or <br />reduce, the value of this land. <br />The COUNTY finds that the above-described combination of contiguous parcels is an action <br />which is exempt from the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land" pursuant to <br />30-28-101(10)(c)(Vp. <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE, THE OWNER HEREBY AGREES: <br />1.
