<br />THIS DEED, made this day of , 2007, between the
<br />Board of County Commissioners of the County of Clear C eek, State of Colorado, grantors and
<br />Venture Resources Inc, a Colorado Corporation, whose legal address is 107 Morningstar Cay,
<br />Naples, Florida 34114, of the County of Collier, grantee;
<br />WITNESSETH, that the grantor for and inconsideration of the sum of $8,301.00, receipt and
<br />sufficiency is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these
<br />presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the grantee, its heirs and assigns forever,
