DRMRTMENf OF IM NRRM <br />NMLWOELANDM AGE - <br />www.co.blm.gov <br />September 23, 2009 <br />Oxbow Mining, LLC has a $13,000 surety bond (# with Travelers Casualty & Surety <br />Company on file for coal license The license was expired on November 22, 2007. The <br />Uncompahgre Field Office has determined that you have met your obligation for reclamation because you <br />have chosen to participate in the Colorado Division of Reclamation & Mining Service (CDRMS) <br />reclamation program financially and DMG has assumed all responsibility for reclamation work. <br />The Colorado State Office reports there are no outstanding amounts or actions against the license and <br />there are no objections to the termination of the period of liability of the bond. Therefore, the period of <br />liability under the bond is hereby terminated effective September 22, 2009. The case file will be closed <br />effective the date of this decision. <br />Kurt M.
