The Division reviewed the RN8 application and <br />sent an adequacy letter to TCC on July 28, 2009. TCC provided responses to the Divisions adequacy <br />concerns on September 18, 2009. In order to allow adequate time for the Division's review of TCC's <br />responses, TCC has requested the proposed decision date for PR8 be extended to October 16, 2009. The <br />Division concurs with this request.
