Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve <br />a revision application for a coal mining and reclamation permit. The application was submitted by Trapper <br />Mining, Inc. on November 5, 2007, for the Trapper Mine. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal <br />hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice by <br />the Division in the Craig Daily Press. <br />The surface mine is located approximately 6 miles Southwest of Craig, Colorado. The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br />Portions of Sections 1, 2, and 3, Township 5 North, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. <br />Portions of Sections 30 and 31, Township 6th North, Range 90 West of the 6th P.M. <br />Portions of Sections 25, 26, 28, 33, 34, 35, and 36, Township 6 North, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. <br />Copies of the revision application are available for public review in the Division offices at the above address and at <br />the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder.
