X. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE

This was a complete inspection of the Arness McGriffin Mine conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the
Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining acid Safety. The ground was dry.
The permit for this mine was revoked more than 10 years ago. The site was reclaimed by DRMS's
IML program in April 1990.
No significant changes were found on this site, compared to the previous inspection in June 2009.

Roads
The road that connects the site to Highway 160 remains.ratted. The guard rail cable installed by
CDRMS next to the road is in good shape(see photo below).
