The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when <br />considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be <br />notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br /> Problem Possible Violation: September <br />2•) Several pit slopes were found to be steeper than a 3:1 horizontal to vertical ratio as it is 28`h, 2009 <br /> specified in the approved reclamation plan. This is a problem at this time for failure of the <br /> operator to perform the reclamation prescribed by the reclamation plan. This is pursuant <br /> to C.R.S. 34-32.5-116 1 <br />Type r8 <br />Topic RS, <br />BG <br />Corrective Action: <br />The pit slopes will need to be backfilled with material to form the 3:1 horizontal to vertical <br />ratio as it is prescribed in the approved reclamation plan.
