The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION DATE <br />1. Problem: Failure to minimize disturbance to the prevailing hydrologic balance as required by 11 /20 / 09 <br />i34-32.5-116(4)(h) of the Construction Materials Act; Rule 3.1.6(1)], by creating a situation that <br />has allowed ground water mounding hydrologically upgradient of the mine site in the Zigan Lake <br />and in the surrounding homes. <br />PB or PV: PB <br />TOPIC(S): --LE <br />Corrective Action: Submit a flan to relieve the mounding situation and stabilize the level of the lake OD _ <br />at an elevation that will prevent damage to property. Cooperation with Albert Frei & Sons on the <br />abatement that they have initiated is encouraged.
