The corrected comment 2 for TR-119 is shown below.
2. The peak settleable concentrations in the 10-year storm SEDCAD runs for ponds MB-3 and MB-5E
exceed the 0.5 ml/1 limitation typically found in West Elk's CDPS permits. Please explain how these
calculated peak settleable concentrations in SEDCAD demonstrate the discharges will comply with the
0.5 ml/1 discharge limitation? Is a storm exemption assumed?
