Since then, the top surface of the LRP has been used for mine <br />equipment storage, as approved by DRMS. <br />I have discussed with Kathy Welt at West Elk the possible need to submit a PE-certified slope stability analysis <br />demonstrating the minimum 1.5 FOS will be maintained with the new construction on top of the LRP. The base of the <br />LRP is about 100 feet from Highway 133. <br />2
