This was a Phase I release of liability for backfilling, grading, and drainage reestablishment. It was Trapper's first bond release. A Phase II bond release (SL-02) covering 1570.5 acres of the Phase I release was approved December 20, 1999. The Division approved a Phase II bond release (SL-03) on 592.7 acres of cropland on April 19, 2002. SL-03 was a release of reclamation liability and no monies were returned to the operator. A Phase III Bond Release (SL-04) covering 1857.7 acres of areas reclaimed to rangeland and cropland was approved on November 18, 2003. The Division approved a Phase I bond release (SL-05) for 823.9 acres on June 11, 2004. The Division approved a Phase II bond release (SL- 06) for 819.1 acres of area reclaimed to rangeland on October 25, 2005. On July 3, 2006, the Division approved a Phase III bond release (SL-07) covering 185.5 acres of areas reclaimed to cropland and 577.3 acres of areas reclaimed to rangeland. A Phase I bond release (SL-08) was approved by the Division on January 6, 2009 covering 476.6 acres. The Division approved a Phase 11 bond release (SL-09) covering 294.6 acres on January 9, 2009. A Phase III bond release (SL-10) covering 305 acres was approved by the Division on December 29, 2008. Trapper Mine 9 September 21, 2009
