<br />gely, CO 81648, was deemed complete
<br />for the purpose of filing. All review, and,
<br />comment, periods as. provided, in the Act
<br />and Regulations, promulgated 'thereunder
<br />initiate from this day of filing.
<br />The revision . (Technical Revision 67) al
<br />,lows the addition of four-degas,.boreholes,
<br />bne return 'shak and `about 2,150 feet, of
<br />light use road to the,permit.

<br />titled "Rangely NE" and "Cactus Reser-

<br />R101W, 6th" P.M. in Rio Blanco County,
<br />about 10 miles, northeast of 'the Town of
<br />Rangely. A-copy of the technical revision

<br />in Rangely.` Written `comments or objec-
<br />°tions to the application must, be submit-
