SCCC has determined that the level of effort and time necessary to complete a thorough <br />response to adequacy comments and incorporate major revisions to the permit application <br />package (PAP) will be significant. These include a change in the mine and operations plan and a <br />revision to the portal and mine facilities area. Additional hydrology information and analysis <br />will be incorporated into the PAP as will updated baseline information for vegetation.
