A parcel of land being part of the SE1/4 of Section 14, Township 1 South, Range 1 East, Ute
Meridian, Mesa County, Colorado. Said parcel being a parcel of land lying South and East of
the drain ditch, as now constructed. Said parcel is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner (MCSM No. 593-1) of the NE1/4 SE1/4 of said Section
14, from whence the Southeast corner (PLS 11980) of the NE1/4 SE1/4 of said Section 14
bears South 00°06'21" West, with all bearings contained herein being referenced thereto.
Thence South 00°06'21" West, 33.00 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of D 1/2
Road. Thence North 89°49'48" West, 106.41 feet along said South right-of-way line to the
POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence around the boundary of the said parcel of land, the following
