Re: AVS Deny on Issuing S05 for Bowie No. 1, C1981038 and S03 for Bowie No. 2, C1996083
I did an AVS Issue check today, September 15, 2009, for the two SO'S so we could issue them. We
will have to hold off for the time being. Bowie Resources, Bowie No. 2 Mine, has an AML violation
for the 2nd Quarter 2009 AML fee they did not pay, which is an automatic Deny. Once they pay the
violation or have it under a payment plan, then we can issue the two SO'S revisions.
