Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C-1992-080 for <br />the Carbon Junction Mine on September 11, 2009, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to <br />continue under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979.
