Please add the following wording to the first paragraph of permit page 7. <br />Down-gradient bedrock monitoring of ground water will resume at least two <br />years prior to submittal of a bond release application. Adequacy of the <br />resumed monitoring for satisfying the requirement to monitor bedrock ground <br />water will require DRMS approval of a Technical Revision. <br />2.
