MR-93 approved exploration drilling in the box-cut <br />area of the South Taylor Pit. <br />MR-94: Minor Revision was received on 18 April 2008, called complete on 13 May 2008 and <br />approved on 13 May 2008. MR-96 updated the permit to change the contact names at the <br />Colowyo Mine. <br />MR-97: Minor Revision was received on 22 September 2008, called complete on 1 October <br />2008 and approved on 1 October 2008. MR-97 updated the existing structures maps (Maps 22 <br />and 22A) to correct and reflect the current structures on site. <br />MR-98: Minor Revision was received on 26 March 2009, called complete on 6 April 2009 and <br />approved on 6 April 2009. MR-98 updated the ownership and controls information in Exhibit 2 <br />of Permit Volume IIA. <br />3.1.7 Status of Permit Revisions <br />This section identifies the two Permit Revisions (PR) that were processed since the findings of <br />Renewal Number 4, 22 October 2002. <br />PR-02: Permit Revision 02 was received on 3 July 2006, called complete on 13 July 2006 and <br />approved on 4 May 2007. PR-02 approved mining with stipulations in the South Taylor Pit area <br />and the inclusion of baseline information for the Lower Wilson area. Stipulations No. 2-10 were <br />attached to the approval of PR-02. <br />PR-03: Permit Revision 03 was received on 26 January 2009 and called incomplete on 5 <br />February 2009.
