Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received Kerr Coal Company's (KCC) Second Quarter 2009 Discharge Monitoring Report for <br />CDPHE permit Nos. COG-850036 and COG-850037 on July 20, 2009. Timely submittal of these reports is <br />in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). <br />The load out pond did not discharge during the quarter. Ponds A, B, D, E, and F did not discharge during <br />second quarter 2009.
