Intermittent discharges were observed for both
Outfalls 001A, and 002A, as a result of snowmelt runoff by the operator. No excursions of effluent limits
were reported. However, the pH values measured at outfall 002A are very close to the upper limit at 8.9. pH
9.0 is the maximum allowable value. No corrective measures are required at this time.
Thank you for your timely submittal of these reports. The reports are in compliance with Rule
4.05.13 (2)(a)(iii).
Sincerely,
Protection Specialist
C:/jhb/C92081/Reports/DMRs/2009/2nd quarter.doc
CC: John Weinman, Hydro-Environmental Solutions, Inc.
P.O.
