Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted Second Quarter 2009, Pond Inspection Reports on July 27, <br />2009. The ponds were inspected June 30, 2009. Ponds D, wastewater treatment ponds, Fish Creek <br />Borehole and Fish Creek Tipple Pond were discharging during the inspection. <br />Maintenance items identified during the second quarter 2009 inspection primarily involved the need to <br />conduct weed control measures adjacent to the ponds. The second quarter 2009 reports continue to note <br />that weeds need to be cleared around the pond B weir, cattails need to be cleared away from the pond D <br />weir. The report notes that vegetation was cleared from the pond F flume area. <br />Construction on the 6MN Mine water reservoir has been almost completed. The pumping station and <br />piping at the 6MN reservoir remain to be completed. Once construction is complete, please provide as- <br />built reports for the 6MN reservoir. <br />No maintenance items beyond weed control measures were noted for any of the ponds. The reports are in <br />compliance with Rule 4.05.6(13).
