CO-
0027154 on July 2, 2009. However, the form for Outfall 005A was not included with the report. TCC
submitted the missing report for outfall 005A on July 9, 2009. Corrections had been made to the form.
TCC also submitted additional corrected DMR forms for outfall 005A on July 13, 2009. Apparently TCC
had been using incorrect reporting forms for the 005A parameter list. As a result analysis for Total
Recoverable Iron was not conducted for all of the outfall 005A samples. TCC has reported this omission to
CDPHE, and is now reporting the required parameters on corrected DMR forms.
The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii). Thank you for prompt submittal of these reports.
Sincerely,
II
C:/jhb/C82056/DMRs/2009/CO-0027154/May 005A + corrected 005A.doc
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
