Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />In a correspondence dated July 10, 2009, the Division informed you that the above referenced <br />application was incomplete for the purposes of filing and listed the missing and/or incorrect items <br />needing to be corrected prior to the application being considered complete for the purposes of <br />filing. An that correspondence, the Division also informed you that pursuant to Rule 1.4.1(8), the <br />Applicant had 60 days, by September 8, 2009, to submit all necessary documents to make the <br />application complete. <br />On September 8, 2009, the Division's offices were closed due to a furlough day mandated by the <br />Colorado Governor. On September 9, 2009, the Division received a request from Mr. Johnson for <br />extension to the deadline imposed by Rule 1.4.1(8). <br />The Division has approved Mr. Johnson's request and has extended the deadline 30 days from <br />the date of this correspondence. Please ensure that the Division has received all documents <br />necessary to find the application complete for the purposes of filing by October 13, 2009.
