In a correspondence dated July 10, 2009, the Division informed you that the above referenced
application was incomplete for the purposes of filing and listed the missing and/or incorrect items
needing to be corrected prior to the application being considered complete for the purposes of
filing. An that correspondence, the Division also informed you that pursuant to Rule 1.4.1(8), the
Applicant had 60 days, by September 8, 2009, to submit all necessary documents to make the
application complete.
On September 8, 2009, the Division's offices were closed due to a furlough day mandated by the
Colorado Governor. On September 9, 2009, the Division received a request from Mr. Johnson for
extension to the deadline imposed by Rule 1.4.1(8).
The Division has approved Mr. Johnson's request and has extended the deadline 30 days from
the date of this correspondence. Please ensure that the Division has received all documents
necessary to find the application complete for the purposes of filing by October 13, 2009. The
Division may not be able to grant additional extensions beyond October 13, 2009.
