OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED EXHIBIT F <br />1. An Air Pollution permit will be obtained if needed. We will <br />remove less than 70,000 tons per year from this site. <br />2. We have a Special Use permit for Pueblo County, Permit # <br />SUP-228-1973-015 <br />3. This is an open pit operation and ground water will not be <br />exposed so a well permit and temporary supply plan is <br />unnecessary. <br />4. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required because there are <br />no waters of the U.S. on this site. <br />5. A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) will be prepared for <br />this pit if there is a potential for surface water leaving <br />the site. <br />6. A NPDES permit to cover stormwater runoff and dewatering is <br />not required, all stormwater will be retained on site and <br />allowed to soak into the sand substrata. <br />29
