C <br />AI O <br />1876 <br />Colorado Department <br />of Public Health <br />and Environment <br />On October 19, 2005 a representative of this Division performed an inspection of the Trapper Mine <br />Fly Ash Disposal Facility 6 2 miles south of Craig, Colorado. The purpose of this inspection was to <br />assess the compliance of this facility with the minimum standards of the Solid Wastes Disposal Sites <br />and Facilities Act Title 30, Article 20 part 1, C.R. S., as amended and with the Department <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder. A copy of the field inspection report is enclosed for your <br />reference. Any violations cited by subsection may be referenced in the regulations. <br />No violations were noted. The facility was neat and orderly.
