County of Lr_ti <br />Animas, State of Colorado. <br />This agreement f acknow9edgnient is to provide that \tl 1.1 C can cane on normal gravel mining <br />activities to within the prolxtly and within the MLRB Permit M-2(tt)ft-1 15 1 12c Boundary Line. the right to enter upon <br />the lands and use County Road 74.2 to ingress and egress the gravel pit. li also provides that the mine operator will repair <br />any damage caused by the mining operation to the driveway access onto the county road. This agreement is to conipty <br />with Rule 6.4.19 of the Colorado Division of Reclamation. Mining and Safetyl Mine land Reclamation Board Rules and <br />regulations deading with any adverse affect on any significant, valuable or perruancnt man-made structure within 200 feet <br />of the affected hand. <br />The I01lowing conditions will be applied to this agreement: <br />1.) That the operations of said pit does not interfere. with the operations and maintenance of Las Animas ('-*R 74.2. <br />2.) Mining Excavation will not occur closer than 75 feet from the county road. <br />3.)
