<br />cpatioon forveda technical revision to the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety "DBMS" for its Hamilton Mine,
<br />pr mining permit No. C-1991-078. The proposed revision will incorporate a soil loss demons
<br />a tration into
<br />it permit that demonstrated that the revegetated area will contribute fewer suspended solids in runoff than the
<br />untreated drainage from the undisturbed area.
<br />The Hamilton Mine permit area is located in portions of the following described lands.

<br />The U.S.G,S. 7.5 minute quadrangle map of Naturita, CO contains the proposed permit area. The surface of
<br />the permit area is owned by Davis, andrews LLLP and William E. Bray.
<br />A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Montrose County Courthouse Annex, 300
<br />Main, Nucla, CO and at the Denver and Durango offices of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety

<br />CO 81301, (970) 247.1184). Written comments regarding this application may be submitted to and additional
<br />information may be obtained from the a of Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. Phone inquires should

<br />and Safety within 19 days after the date of the publication in order to be considered.
