Cattany <br />Twentymile Coal Company Division Director <br />Foidel Creek Mine Natural Resource Trustee <br />29515 Routt County Road No. 27 <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 <br />RE: Second Quarter 2009 Discharge Monitoring Report, CO-0042161 <br />Dear Mr. Watterson: <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the Second <br />Quarter 2009, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0042161on <br />July 31, 2009. <br />Outfall; 001 A/001 W/MON 1 did not discharge in April, discharged three out of four weeks in May, and <br />discharged every week in June. No exceedances were reported by TCC. However, an incorrect parameter <br />list was analyzed by the laboratory. Parameters not analyzed by the lab included; cadmium, silver, <br />manganese, and copper. WET test analysis was also included with the DMR. A sample collected on June <br />17, 2009 passed the WET test for Ceriodaphnia dubia.
