16. Descrio 'on Qf Amendment or Conversion If you are amending or converting an existing operation, provide a brief narrative describing the proposed change(s). Converting Existing 110 Permit (M-1998-022) to a 112 Permit to include 2333 acres of USFS_tands to the north. Two (2) complete, unbound application packages must be submitted.
