• Please provide the Division a cost estimate for four (4) quarters of hydrologic
sampling from a qualified environmental contractor. The figures will be used to
estimate an accurate reclamation cost estimate.
AMSO response:
AMSO has retained Western Water and Land (WWL) to conduct water sampling and
analysis reporting for our RD&D activities under the above referenced NOI. WWL has
completed one quarter of water sampling to date.
The estimated cost to conduct the sampling, obtain laboratory analyses, and to prepare a
report is $9,010.00 per quarter. Therefore, in order to provide sufficient money in the
DRMS bond, please use $36,040.00 to cover the costs of water sampling, water quality
analysis, and report preparation for four (4) quarters.
-" "-If you have any questions, please co`nta`ct me or Jack Clark: -
Sincerely,
Roger L.
