Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division is conducting a preliminary adequacy review of the TR-118 application. We <br />currently have the following comments. We will send you additional comments when we have <br />completed our preliminary review of geotechnical aspects of the submittal. <br />1. Please add or revise text in Exhibit 51 noting the, coal preparation plant, coal stockpile, <br />and Lab/Control Building are on top of the LRP. <br />2. Please update Exhibit 67 (Windy Gap Process) to reflect the new water consumption <br />proposed in TR-118. DRMS will notify OSM of the updated information in Exhibit 67, <br />and depending on that information, OSM may need to consult with USFW. <br />3. Please delete the text that was duplicated in MR-353 on pages 2.05-22 and 23 (see <br />attached copies of those pages). <br />4. Please reconcile text that was omitted or duplicated on pages 2.05-25 through 30 in MR- <br />354 (see attached copies of pages 2.05-25 through 30 as they existed prior to MR-354, <br />and copies of pages 2.05-25 through 28a approved in MR-354). <br />5.
