4 (Form 2- Public) <br />5. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, trenches, waste piles, drill pads and <br />collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc... <br />No excavations are proposed under this NOI Modification. Powertech proposes to conduct an aquifer <br />pumping test in which produced water will be piped from the production well to mobile Baker Tanks <br />located just adjacent to the pumping well. Once aquife, testing is complete, pioduced watei will be <br />r)mi)ed back to the original well and re-inwerted Piping will he placed on the ground surface All <br />infrastructure will be fenced. No roads will be constructed. <br />6. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, including anticipated number of holes, <br />diameter, depth, location, etc...
