The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. Rule 3.1.10(6) requires that the 9 / 18 /09 <br />Operator employ methods of weed control for all prohibited noxious weed species. <br />PB or PV: 1'R <br />TOPIC(S): RV <br />Corrective actions are to: <br />The Operator shall remove all tamarisk from the site. The noxious weeds shall be removed <br />from the site on or before September 18, 2009 and proof of compliance must be submitted <br />by the same date. Proof of compliance may be in the form of photographs. <br />2. The Operator has routed the Lupton Bottom Ditch around the west side of the pit. The 9 / 18 /09 <br />Construction Materials Rules and Regulations define a Technical Revision as a change in <br />the permit which does not have more than a minor effect upon the approved <br />Reclamation Plan. <br />PB or PV: PB_ <br />TOPIC(S): MP <br />Corrective actions are to: <br />The Operator shall submit a Technical Revision addressing the change in location of the <br />Lupton Bottom Ditch. The Technical Revision shall include a revised Reclamation Plan Map <br />showing the new location of the ditch. The Technical Revision shall be submitted to the <br />Division on or before September 18, 2009.
