This revision seeps to modify Section x,{}4.7 of the permit by adjusting the locations where surface water is sampled; revising the pararr~ters which are analy~od; and reducing the sampling frequency. In addition, monitoring of certain groundwater wells wi11 be reinstated. The applicant is required tv publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed complete. At the time of publication of this no~ee, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Montrose County courthouse Annex, 300 Main, Nucla, D $142.4, and at the Division office.
