The
second letter was in response to TCC's proposal to install a pipeline from Washplant Il to a new 8-inch
diameter borehole to allow for placement of coal fines into the mined out Eastern Mining District. Please
find copies of these two letters and assure that DWR's concerns are addressed.
Sincerely,
Binns
nental Protection Specialist II
) 866-3567 ext. 8107
Attachments: letters from DRW dated 9/1/09
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
