One letter was in response to TCC's proposal to modify 6MN Sediment Pond, TR57. The <br />second letter was in response to TCC's proposal to install a pipeline from Washplant Il to a new 8-inch <br />diameter borehole to allow for placement of coal fines into the mined out Eastern Mining District.
