Considerations for extension were the need for a
SDEIS and whether CAM intends to make any significant changes to the application.
The BLM has decided a SDEIS is necessary. Additionally, CAM may make some
changes to the permit application package. Therefore, CAM has decided to withdraw
the permit application package. Please return the permit application packages at your
convenience. I would like a letter from DRMS that informs the Mesa County Clerk and
Recorder that they can allow me to pick up the permit application package they have on
file for public inspection.
CAM appreciates the work DRMS expended on reviewing the application.
Sincerely,
J.
