Heard and R.T. Heard. It is assumed that G.W. and R.T.
Heard are the unnamed John Does 1 and 2 to this action.
Mr. Steen has wasted the greater part of his entire life in litigation. He and his siblings
have spent millions of dollars in legal fees suing each other and any one else that caught
their attention. In 1982 this craziness prompted me to suggest to his parents, Charlie and
Minnie Lee (ML), that "they would have been better off with a litter of pigs, because,
come fall they could get rid of them into the market".
Mark's mom's reply was "At least two". I never did ask which two.
0 Now, after 28 years I am totally fed up with all of this and I want it to stop.
