Coal Company, LL C. <br />All review and comment periods as provided <br />This revision would allow for the construction of small runoff control structures that would be field located along postmining <br />drainage channels to slow runoff and expedite drainage stabilization. <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 7 miles Southwest of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is <br />further described as follows: <br />T6N, R87W, Portions of Sections 28, 29 and 32 <br />T5N, R87W, All of Section 17; Portions of Sections 5, 89 169 18, 19, 20, 29, 30 <br />Mt. Harris & Dunckley <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Dunckley and Mount Harris. <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been <br />at the Hayden Public time O <br />publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application Lbrary <br />201 E.
