Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please find a copy of a letter from the Colorado Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (SHPO) <br />regarding Twentymile Coal Company's (TCC) TR69 application. Although the proposed disturbance <br />will occur near the Foidel Canyon School, SHPO's opinion is that the proposed activity will not affect this <br />or other historic properties.
