Although the proposed disturbance
will occur near the Foidel Canyon School, SHPO's opinion is that the proposed activity will not affect this
or other historic properties. If TCC's activity result in potential affects to this historic site, or previously
unidentified archaeological resources are encountered during the work, TCC will need to consult further
with the SHPO.
Sincerely,
Janet inns
Env' onmental Protection Specialist 11
3) 866-3567 ext. 8107
Attachment (1):
Letter from SHPO
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
