The revision was submitted by Seneca Coal Company, LLC. <br />A11 review and comment periods s provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date offiling. <br />This revision application would allow for diversion of runoff away franc the Fond 12 slide area, and would utilize small <br />excavated sumps to ensure proper sediment control far disturbed areas that would not drain to a sediment pond ?Smail arcs <br />exemptions-SAE's}. <br />The Surface coal mining operation is an land located approximately 7 miles southwest of Hayden, Colorado.
