This is notice of our intent to backfill inert recycled <br />concrete along the southwest corner to stabilize the south side at the intermittent creek bed. The <br />concrete is clean and inert. It will be backfilled at times when stabilization of that area seems to be an <br />issue. It will be placed so as to reduce erosion from the intermittent streambed on to the adjoining <br />property to the south. The placement will continue to be monitored to assure that it remains stable and <br />voids do not occur. We anticipate approximately 250 cubic yards of material will be placed. A map <br />showing where the inert concrete will be placed is attached. <br />Randy Schafer
