This is notice of our intent to backfill inert recycled
concrete west of the pit area to stabilize the intermittent creek bed flowing under County Road 49 and
t rough the pit area. The concrete is clean and inert. It will be backfilled at times when stabilization of
that area seems to be an issue. It will be placed so as to reduce erosion from flow exiting the culvert
under County Road 49. The placement will continue to be monitored to assure that it remains stable
and voids do not occur. We anticipate less than 50 cubic yards of material will be placed. A map
showing where the inert concrete will be placed is attached.
G?
Randy Schafer
s...
