Ebert, Environmental Protection Specialist
CC: Division 2 Office; District 67 Water Commissioner
FROM: Melissa A. Peterson, P.E
RE: Proctor Pit, File No. M-2009-054
Operator: All Rite Paving & Redi-Mix, Inc.
Section 20, Twp 23S, Rng 57W, 6th P.M., Otero County
CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL
® The proposed operation does not anticipate exposing groundwater. Other:
COMMENTS: Excavation in the pit will be above the water table. Storm water will be diverted to its
natural runoff pattern.
