Also the Division will require that those areas <br />stipulated for protection under the rule be well marked to prevent accidental incursions into them. <br />The final issue is a commitment to stay 100 feet away from cottonwoods during mining. As with the <br />wetlands, the Division will require that the 100 foot buffer zone to the trees be clearly marked to <br />prevent disturbance of any kind. <br />The review of TR-01 is considered complete. Minor stipulations for wetlands and tree protection and <br />forwarding of COE documentation are noted above. Please provide the requested documentation as <br />soon as possible. At this time Division staff is approving TR-01 for the noted changes.
