Phase 2. <br />(9) Not applicable <br />Rule 3.1.11: Building and Structures: <br />Any structures constructed while the reclamation permit is in effect must be <br />identified on the reclamation map. Please note where the office, scales and any <br />other structures will be approximately. <br />Rule 3.1.12: Signs and markers: <br />How will affect area, permit boundaries and highwall buffer zone areas be <br />marked and identified? <br />Rule 3.1.13: <br />The operator will comply with the requirements for spill reporting as outlined in <br />this rule. <br />Rule 6.4.6 - Exhibit F, the Reclamation Map, <br />Map shows final topography. As noted any building to remain, collector ditch <br />and primary retention area needs to be identified. <br />Rule 6.4.7 - Exhibit G, Water Information, drainages, ponds, ditches, springs, seeps, <br />wells on affected and adjacent lands that may be affected by mining appear to <br />have been identified. <br />Rule 6.4.8 - Exhibit H, Wildlife <br />No T&E species have been identified. Exhibit is adequate. <br />Rule 6.4.9 - Exhibit I, Soils <br />Exhibit is adequate. <br />Rule 6.4. 10 - Exhibit J, Ve etg ation, <br />The final reclamation is for commercial / industrial so annual production is not <br />required. Exhibit is adequate. <br />Rule 6.4.11 - Exhibit K, Climate <br />Exhibit is adequate. <br />Rule 6.4.12 - Exhibit L Reclamation Costs <br />Per Rule 4.1.2(2) no Financial Warranty is required for a County government. <br />Therefore the Exhibit is adequate. <br />Rule 6.4.13 - Exhibit M, Other Permits <br />If a COE permit is required it should be listed here. Documentation to be <br />supplied by applicant as to the need for one.
